Medical Insurance Plan:
PDDN offers a comprehensive medical insurance PPO, with an indemnity dental and vision reimbursement program.
Disability Insurance:
PDDN offers short-term disability and Long Term Disability that provides salary continuance during the disabled time.
Vacation:
Employees are eligible to a vacation of upto two weeks per year.
Holidays:
Employees will get nine paid holidays each Year. If an employee working at client site, they will be following the client holidays
Educational Assistance:
PDDN reimburses employees 50% of the tuition fee for pre-approved, business related courses. Employees are eligible
after 1 year of employment with PDDN.
Referral Fee:
PDDN offers a bonus for the consultants after 3 months for any referral resulting in a professional-level hire.
Special referral bonus programs may be introduced from time-to-time.
