- » Yes, the file stays in its native file format in the server.
- Q What is the required server platform?
- » AstrixDOC can be installed either in Windows server or in Linux servers.
- Q Is there a problem when there is a database crash?
- » AstrixDOC will stop working when the database crashes. The database can be restarted after which AstrixDOC will start functioning.

- » It takes around 40 minutes to install and configure AstrixDOC provided Apache, PHP and MySQL is installed in the server.
- Q Do we need a System Administrator to manage AstrixDOC?
- » No, a system administrator is not required to manage AstrixDOC. The software is very easy to manage and a user can manage the administrative aspects such as user and user group management.
- Q Do we need to take a training for using AstrixDOC?
- » No training is required for using AstrixDOC. The user friendly navigation coupled with intuitive navigation links and a comprehensive user guide makes AstrixDOC operation very simple.
- Q Are basic training materials available for using AstrixDOC?
- » AstrixDOC has a comprehensive user guide which explains each feature of the software in detail. A user can refer to the user guide if he or she has difficulties in using the software.
